My Father's House Graduate Wins Wheels of Fortune Contest - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

One lucky My Father's House graduate is driving a new car. The Womens' Living and Learning Center recently teamed up with Collision King for the giveaway.

Five graduates from the November training class applied to win the car. Each had to write an essay about their experience at My Father's House and how the car would benefit their new lives. Nichole Hartline won the Wheels of Fortune contest and was handed the keys to a Ford Contour. She says the car will enable her to better care for her two daughters. Hartline says, "People take cars for granted. They take a lot of things for granted and when you have kids, which all of us do, it's hard to do daily activities or anything."

Collision King donated the car. They challenge other area businesses to step up and donate to the cause, as well.
