Investigators continue to collect data, one week after the roof collapsed on a North Lubbock restaurant. On Friday, city inspectors and structural engineers evaluated the Little Panda restaurant at 9th and Slide. The roof collapsed last Monday, killing 23-year-old Tara Wilson and injuring ten others.
The Little Panda was housed in a former Taco Bell building. Most Taco Bells have since been redesigned but some of the old style buildings still remain as other businesses.
Inspector Steve O'neal says they've evaluated three similar buildings so far.
