Host at least one job fair.


Describe Scope of Broadcasters’ Participation (including names of any other sponsoring or participating organizations):
1.  September 8-9, 2016 KCBD hosted a virtual job fair, to assist local employers in finding qualified candidates for jobs in their companies.  The event was heavily promoted with on-air spots.  Twelve businesses, including KCBD, participated.  Approximately 200 job seekers attended.
2.  January 26-27, 2016 KCBD hosted a virtual job fair, to assist local employers in finding qualified candidates for jobs in their companies.  The event was heavily promoted with on-air spots.  Twelve businesses, including KCBD, participated.  Approximately 200 job seekers attended.
