Registered Sex Offender Indicted After Taking Inappropriate Pictures - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted Thomas Haynes Tuesday on one count of promotion of pornography.

Haynes is already a registered sex offender. Lubbock Police arrested him at the Groves Library last July. That's where he's accused of taking inappropriate pictures of women with his digital camera.
