Lubbock County 18-Year-Old Accused Of Having Sex With 13-Year-Old - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A sexual assault investigation is now underway in Lubbock County.

18-year-old Randy McCoy is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a minor. He was indicted Tuesday by a Lubbock County Grand Jury and then arrested. McCoy is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl last November.

McCoy is also under investigation for another case involving an 11-year-old girl who claims she was touched inappropriately. That case was sent to the district attorney's office Tuesday.
