Bids are now being accepted for $6.6 million worth of property in a multi-million dollar embezzlement case.
On Wednesday, a federal judge ruled more than 12,000 acres of Jonathan Nelson's properties can be sold. Nelson is accused of embezzling $70 million from a Snyder-based oil drilling company. All properties will be sold through a bidding process.
If you're interested, you will need to file interest papers through the court and put up at least 10% of the bid. The court will then a hold a hearing to determine final sales.
