20 Year Old Driver Charged With DWI - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Drinking and driving is the charge a 20-year-old received after flipping his SUV early Sunday morning.

Lubbock Police say Byron Cornelius was traveling north in the 800 Block of Avenue X around 2:30 Sunday morning. He attempted to turn East onto Mac Davis, but lost control, hit a curb and flipped the Nissan Pathfinder. Police say he failed his field sobriety test. Police arrested Cornelius on a charge of DWI.
