Bakery Store Robbed

Police are looking for the man who robbed Mrs. Baird's Bakery in Central Lubbock.

The suspect robbed the store at 1506 50th Street around 5 p.m. Tuesday night. The man apparently tried to make a purchase but didn't have enough money. So, he apparently threatened the clerk, demanded the money in the register and stole the clerk's car. The suspect is a white man who may be driving a stolen white Chevy Malibu.
