Lubbock Youth Stand Up Against Tobacco

Experts say 1,200 Americans die every day from diseases caused by smoking and exposure to second hand smoke. That's why youth across the nation are speaking out against tobacco use. NewsChannel 11's Suleika Acosta shows how students here in Lubbock are doing just that.

Today is Kick Butts Day, as in cigarette butts. We spent the morning at Evans Junior High School learning how students there are fighting against tobacco products.
