Future Kindergartners Visit New Schools - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The first day of school can be scary for a 5-year-old. That's why Lubbock I.S.D. gave its smallest students a chance to see what kindergarten is all about. Wednesday was kindergarten orientation for all Lubbock I.S.D. elementary schools. Students had a chance to visit their future classrooms, teachers and classmates. It was an effort to help them feel comfortable about their big day.

School starts August 14th.
