Sailor and Police Detective Return to Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock sailor is home with his family for the first time in eight months. Stephan Hinkle's family welcomed him back to Lubbock with open arms Wednesday morning.

Hinkle has been serving with the U.S. Navy in Iraq since July. He's a detective with the Texas Tech Police Department and will return to work within the next few weeks.
