Lubbock Man Arrested for Indecency With a Child

An alleged incident with a 10-year-old child has a Lubbock man in the Lubbock County Jail. Michael Duque is charged with indecency with a child.

According to court reports, Duque forced himself on a 10-year-old girl who was staying with her mother at his Central Lubbock home. He is being held on a $20,000 bond.
