Jaws Used in Lubbock County Wreck

A 49-year-old woman is back at home after a scary situation sent her to a Lubbock hospital Thursday morning. DPS Troopers say Julia Thoms was driving down County Road 2641 when she was clipped by another car. Her truck then rolled over twice, trapping her inside.

Emergency workers used the jaws of life to free her. She was taken to UMC and has since been treated and released.
