Car Show Benefits Mother of Three Who Suffered a Stroke - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The community came together Saturday to help out a Lubbock mother of three who suffered a stroke.

The Wolves Car Club and the Caprock Classic Car Club turned the Lowe's Parking Lot at 82nd and Slide Road into a classic car show. They also auctioned off a 60's Thunderbird. People were also able to bid on a variety of items in a silent auction.

All proceeds will benefit Christy Wilson. The 31-year-old suffered a brain aneurysm and stroke in January. She has three children and no insurance.
