Underage Sex Case Moves to District Attorney's Office - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Lubbock District Attorney's office is now looking into a case where a 22-year-old man was caught having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

The teen's grandfather found the two in a car outside her Northwest Lubbock home. Her father then held Brandon Lewis at gunpoint until police arrived. The two apparently met on the internet and kept in contact through chat rooms and instant messenger.

Lewis is charged with sexual assault. He remains in the Lubbock County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
