Arrest Warrant Issued for Baby Dolls Owner - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The man who is trying to reopen what was Lubbock's only strip club is now facing arrest.

Monday, the county issued an arrest warrant for Charles Westlund Junior, the owner of Baby Dolls. Westlund is accused of lying on his an application for a license with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. That's a felony charge.

Baby Dolls lost its sexually oriented permit back in January. It remains open as a bar. The city denied Westlund his permit because of felony convictions out of California. He's now suing the city in federal court over losing his permit.
