Telecommunicator Week Honors 911 Dispatchers - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

This week is dedicated to the women and men who serve as public safety telecommunicators. In honor of that NewsChannel 11's Suleika Acosta took us inside the Lubbock Police Department 911 Call Center.

Located in the basement of the police department, the center receives thousands of call from Lubbock residents every month.
