Levelland Grassfire Caused By Power Line

Weekend winds are blamed for starting a grass fire west of Levelland Saturday.

The wind apparently knocked down a power line which sparked the fire which destroyed 1300 acres and burned more than four miles of land.

One home was evacuated and several firefighters were treated for smoke inhalation.
