NewsChannel 11 first told you about Michael Duque two weeks ago when he was charged with Indecency With A Child.

On Tuesday, a Lubbock County Grand Jury decided there was enough evidence to send the 39-year-old to trial.

Duque is accused of forcing himself on a 10-year-old girl who was a guest in his central Lubbock home.
