Texas Tech Student Charged With Child Pornography

A Texas Tech student is now at the center of a child pornography investigation fronted by the FBI.

According to agents with the local bureau, Jonathan Evan Luedke turned himself in to Dallas authorities Thursday. A criminal complaint was filed against him Wednesday in Lubbock Federal court and he is now charged with interstate receipt of child pornography.

It's believed Luedke had 4,000 pornographic images of children stored on his computer. His case is expected to go before a Lubbock Federal Grand Jury next month.
