Tiny magnets inside the plastic building pieces and rods can fall out. If more than one magnet is swallowed, the magnets can attract to each other and cause the intestinal perforation or blockage. Rose Art is recalling all sets including the X-Treme Combo, Micro and Extreme sets. They were sold at Wal-Mart, Target, Toys R Us and other crafts store nationwide from September 2003 through March 2006. You can return them to Rose Art for a suitable replacement product.
