Seminole Authorities Await Autopsy In Death of 79-Year-Old - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Gaines County officials are still waiting for autopsy results following the murder of a Seminole man.

79-year-old Johnny Glen Hillman was found dead in his garage Friday night. His truck had been stolen. A Gaines County Sheriff's Deputy spotted the truck a few hours later, with a 52-year-old Ruben Villalva behind the wheel. Authorities say he performed yard work for Hillman in the past.

Now, Villalva is charged with capital murder, heroin possession and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Investigators believe the autopsy will confirm "blunt force trauma" as the cause of death.
