Grand Jury Indicts Man for Aggravated Sexual Assault - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The man caught allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old girl is one step closer to trial.

On Tuesday, a Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Brandon Lewis for aggravated sexual assault. The girl's grandfather says he found the two in a car outside the girl's northwest Lubbock home last month. The father held Lewis at gunpoint until police arrived. The two apparently met on the Internet.
