It would've been sold at auction but instead a Lubbock fire truck is going to Garza County.

On Wednesday, the Lubbock Fire Department handed over the keys to Garza County volunteer fire fighters. Garza County needed the truck as dry vegetation around lake Alan henry becomes a fire concern. The truck is one that Lubbock was going to replace and sell.
