Preston Smith Goes Wild With Visit From Animals - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The entire student body at Preston Smith Elementary went wild Friday morning.

Actually, the students attended a program brought to them by the South Plains Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. It was a thank you for the student's contribution to the center's fundraiser next weekend. Each of them made "themed baskets" to be auctioned off next weekend at the Llano Estacado Winery. All proceeds will help fund food and supplies for orphaned and injured animals.
