Lubbock Man Gets 30 Years for Child Pornography

A Lubbock man will spend the next 30 years in federal prison without parole for child pornography.

Judge Sam Cummings handed down that sentence to Michael D. Toomey late Friday afternoon. In February, Toomey pleaded guilty to possession and transportation of child pornography.
