Lubbock Grand Jury Indicts Womack - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Jeremy Womack can now add state charges to the federal charges he already faces here in Lubbock.

The 26-year-old was indicted on Tuesday by a Lubbock County Grand Jury on one county of possession of a prohibited weapon. You'll recall, Womack was arrested on April 4th after police found a homemade explosive device in his car. The discovery forced authorities to evacuate a South Lubbock shopping center for several hours.
