Congressman Neugebauer Treats 93-Year-Old to a Patriotic Birthday - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Congressman Randy Neugebauer came to Lubbock Friday to wish a Lubbock woman, happy birthday. Pauline Arnold is about to celebrate her 93rd birthday. She spent twenty years as a journalist, with a particular interest in politics.

On Friday, Neugebauer presented Arnold with a birthday card from President George Bush and First Lady Laura Bush. He then gave her a U.S. flag that was flown over the capitol.
