TTU Student Enters Not Guilty Plea - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Texas Tech student says he's not guilty of possessing child pornography.

Wednesday, Jonathan Luedke pleaded not guilty to three counts of child pornography. Last month, FBI investigators found 4,000 pornographic images on his computer.

If convicted, Luedke faces 50 years in prison and a fine of $75,000. His trial is set for July 5th.
