Lubbock voters are proving they have a big interest in this year's city and school board elections.
More people have cast early ballots in this year's election than the total number of voters in the 2004 general election. 16,282 people cast early votes this year and 3,826 of those votes came on the final day of early voting. In the 2004 election, total voter turnout for early voting and election day combined was 13,741.
Election day is Saturday, May 13th. The polls will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. You must vote in your designated precinct.
