Improvements Complete at Wagner Park - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The City of Lubbock celebrated $371,000 worth of renovations to a Tech Terrace park Thursday afternoon. Wagner Park now has a walking path, a playground and a climbing boulder.

The improvements were made possible by the city, the Tech Terrace Neighborhood Association and the Roscoe Wilson PTA.
