Police Chase and Arrest Suspect in Downtown Lubbock

The streets of downtown Lubbock turned into a chase scene Friday as Lubbock police tried to chase down a suspect. Authorities caught up to 26-year-old James Lawrence around 11 a.m. Friday after a 20 minute chase.

Lawrence was supposed to turn himself in on a felony warrant for car theft but, took off running when the handcuffs were about to go on.
