Theft Suspect Gets Away - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock police are searching for a thief who got away. Officers searched the Whisperwood subdivision just before 6 a.m. Tuesday. They were unable to get their man.

They were investigating a report of a stolen suburban in the 4800 block of Amherst, when they saw the very same suburban driving around. The suspect wrecked at 4th and Whisperwood, and ran off on foot.

Police found more stolen property inside the vehicle.
