Murder Retrial Postponed - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock County jury was seated, but Justin Davis' murder trial will not begin, just yet.  

Davis is accused of shooting 20-year-old Martreon Moore back in December of 2004.   You'll recall, another jury heard this same case in February. However, a mistrial was declared when one of the jurors recognized the victim's father in the courtroom.

Davis was set to go on trial again this week, but late this afternoon a judge granted a request from the defense to postpone the trial.
