It was an open and shut case following a robbery at the Country Inn Monday night. Lubbock police say a man walked into the inn at 4105 19th street and demanded money from the clerk. Shortly afterwards, 33-year-old David Stewart was arrested. An officer found him in the 4100 block of 22nd place.
He was identified by the clerk and then taken to the Lubbock County Jail.
