Lubbock Mayor Pro-Tem Selected - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The new Mayor Pro-Tem  of Lubbock is Jim Gilbreath. Gilbreath also represents City Council District 6. He has been on the Lubbock City Council since May 2003.

The Mayor Pro-Tem acts as presiding officer in the Mayor David Miller's absence. He also has the authority to call special council meetings.
