Grand Jury to Evaluate Death of Spur Baby - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Whether or not charges will be filed in the death of a Dickens County baby, will be up to a grand jury. 

Baby Boy Lewis was born this past January in Spur. That is about 70 miles east of Lubbock. Last week, you'll recall the Lubbock County Medical Examiner released an autopsy report, which stated the baby was born alive, into a toilet. The case will now be sent to a Dickens County Grand Jury.
