An early morning fire severely damaged a home in South Lubbock County. The Woodrow Volunteer Fire Department responded to the home in the 1600 block of 128th street early Monday. It took firefighters 30 minutes to extinguish the blaze. Investigators believe the fire sparked in a dining room wall and spread to the attic.
Damage to the home is estimated to be around $50,000.
