A Lubbock truck driver is dead after hitting a median on Highway 87 just south of Tahoka Tuesday afternoon.
The Cisco Foods semi jack-knifed and rolled down a ditch. The driver, 30-year-old John Jacob Guzman was killed. DPS Troopers say he was wearing a seatbelt.
