Lubbock Man Cited After Rollover - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock man received four tickets following an overnight accident at 50th and I-27.

Police say Raul Garbay Junior flipped his truck when he veered off the service ramp and hit the shoulder. Garbay walked away from the accident, so officer cited him for leaving the scene and failure to control speed.
