Amarillo DPS Searches for Imposter Posing as a Trooper - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Department of Public Safety is in search of an imposter. They say a man, posing as a trooper, stopped two women last week. The reports came from the Amarillo and Borger area. 

Troopers describe the suspect as a Hispanic man, 5-feet-4 to 5-feet-six inches tall, who weighs between 150 to 160 pounds. He wears a light colored uniform with a gold badge and a cowboy hat. He drives a police style vehicle and has an emergency light on the dash. DPS troopers say he also carries a weapon.
