Second Lawsuit Filed in Propane Explosion - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A fiery explosion, back in February, has one Lubbock company now facing two lawsuits. It happened at Wylie L-P Gas off 82nd and I-27.

Todd Andress is suing for lost tools, a lost backhoe, loss of income, and mental anguish. He claims Wylie did not take precautions to protect other surrounding businesses, properly supervise its employees or comply with safety statutes.

Advanced Automotive, which is located directly behind the propane tank business, also filed a gross negligence lawsuit in March.
