Crash Kills One Amarillo Woman, Injures Three Others

New details about the traffic accident that killed one Amarillo teenager and injured three others Tuesday afternoon.

It happened on I-27, just North of Plainview, around 3:30. DPS Troopers say the driver of a car lost control and was struck by a semi when it went into oncoming traffic. 15-year-old Hallie Miller died at the scene. Three others in the car remain hospitalized.

Hilly Williams and Amanda Ast are at UMC in critical condition. Ashley Ast is in stable condition at a Plainview hospital.
