Driver Rolls Cement Truck Over - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A morning traffic accident involving a cement truck caused the driver to break his arm.

The wreck happened just after 9:30 Wednesday morning at 19th and Inler. The driver was making a turn, when the weight of the truck shifted, causing it to fall on its side.
