Lubbock Man Indicted for Child Pornography - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock Federal Grand Jury indicted a man Thursday on five counts of child pornography charges. An FBI agent went undercover and found numerous images on Michael Bennet's computer, along with CD's of children posing and acting in a sexual manner.

Bennet voluntarily surrendered and was later released on a personal recognizance bond with many stipulations, for instance he can't use a computer or have contact with children. He will be in court June 16 for a preliminary hearing.
