Plans Underway for Lubbock's Fourth on Broadway Celebration - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock is hosting the 16th annual Fourth on Broadway celebration. Tuesday morning, Lubbock Power and Light started putting up banners to promote the event. It's the state's largest free festival with a parade, street fair, concert and fireworks display.
