A third person now faces possible punishment in the death of Lubbock motorcyclist Russell Baldree.
On Tuesday, a Lubbock Grand Jury indicted 27-year-old Michael Guerrero for failure to stop and render aid.
Michael Rodriguez is serving 40 years for murder related to an August 2004 crash near 50th and Indiana. Police say Rodriguez fatally shot Baldree while Baldree was riding his motorcycle. Michael Chavez received a five year sentence for manslaughter for driving the car.
