Grand Jury Indicts Woman For Theft - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Dianna Cook has a court date in her future after the Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted her on a theft charge Tuesday. Cook is accused of stealing $4,000 from a Frenship cafeteria where she worked for at least two years.

Dianna is married to Terry Cook who is under investigation for animal cruelty. Back in March, authorities found 15 starving dogs and the remains of several other animals on property he was evicted from.  Terry Cook remains in the Lubbock County Jail.
