You've heard the campaign, Lubbock,  the Giant Side of Texas. Part of that campaign is the passport tour. It's a contest that encourages Lubbock residents to tour attractions inside the city. On Friday, the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce announced the name of its first winner, Betsy Wise. She took the tour and won dinner at Cagle's and a night's stay at a Lubbock hotel.
