Lubbock Fire Fighters Practice High Rise Building Drills

It's happened before and it could happen again. In 2003, Christmas lights caused $8,000 worth of damages on the sixth floor of Chitwood Residence Hall at Texas Tech. So, this week Lubbock fire fighters are back on campus.

They are conducting high rise drills at Coleman Hall.  The on-site drills allow the department to work on communication, evacuation planning and even physical fitness.
